We are a Praxisgemeinschaft, a community of international and independent counselors, coaches and therapists who share a practice space at Landwehrstraße 37. Please see the directory and drop-down menu for information about each individual counselor.
These are some of the services available that may be of interest:
- Couples Counseling empowers couples by teaching research-based interventions/conflict management skills, building understanding, connection and shared meaning.
- Individual Counseling can be a transformative experience to learn more about yourself, the role of your family of origin and past experiences in creating your current situation. It is important to understand and accept aspects of your identity in order to see your life situation and more effectively cope and move forward. As needed I integrate methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
- Life Coaching is ideal for individuals looking to make concrete changes or build healthy habits. Life Coaching is also a space to reflect on negative thinking patterns or perspectives, and learn how to reframe them into positive energy and thinking.
- Group Counseling or Coaching helps us to feel less alone, build insight and increase empathy to ourselves and others through peer connections.
